Derliction of Duty....Michael Spurgeon

You need to do a story on how the Chief does opt do what he is paid to do. On friday a three year old was sexually assaulted in the city of bardwell. The chief refused to respond and the Sheriff's office had to work it.
We have confirmed that Michael Spurgeon was ON DUTY at the time this offense occurred, and that he refused to respond to the call for service. Captain Williams with Ellis County had to send his officers to respond to this call, because of the police chief failing to respond to the call. In response to being contacted by Captain Williams, Jinker Gentry filed a complaint against Captain Williams for this incident.
In addition, the Police Chief has been observed on NUMEROUS occasions in the past several weeks to driving the police car out of town on personal business, for the sole purpose of conducting his personal business. We should not be paying for the fuel and the wear and tear on the police car for our Chief to drive to Waxahachie or Ennis to do things he should be using his personal vehicle for.
Why is our Chief refusing to respond to calls? This isnt the first time it has happend, either.

What kind of stuptidy is this, if a child is in danger call 911, if Ellis county does not respond then you have bigger problems. Ellis county should be the one calling the shots on that. I am thinking about moving back to Ellis County and if people are as stupid as you, to publish crap about something like this! I know you want put this on your stupid blog page, because you do not want the truth published about serious stuff like this. And if you know so much why are you hiding?
Actually, Ellis County Sheriff's Dispatch was contacted, Bardwell PD- the ON-DUTY agency for BARDWELL refused to respond (Mike Spurgeon was on duty at the time this happend). The only stupid people are the ones who don't know what they are talking about and then try to comment on something. Ellis county HAD to respond, because the POLICE CHIEF (whose job is to protect BARDWELL) wouldn't.
