Regarding Comments On This Site....
We recv'd a comment yesterday evening accusing us of "putting our spin" on things and "not letting comments through". We refuse to post comments which are threatning in nature, cursing individuals, and attempts to intimidate people here in town who may or may not agree with the things said here.
In fact, we have declined very few comments. The comments we have declined have been written in the same tone, same spelling, etc. , which leads us to believe it is the same person, who always posts anonymously.
We are only printing the facts on this site. Michael Meissner has validated most of what is on this site, including the mayor's pissing problem. We recieved an email from Arron Vendeventer, who identified himself as Jinker's grandson.
We have gotten emails from Paula Vendeventer, as well. Out of all the emails and messages we have recieved, these are the ONLY 2 who have identified themselves. They sent us emails, so they were not posted here.
Arron said that he is in Iraq "fighting for hardworking American's like him (Jinker)".... .He goes on to say that we "tried so hard and still suck at life"....and to "get a grip and recognize his grandfather is a better person and always will be".
While we support Arron, and all of our Troops in Iraq, we disagree with his statements. The only thing that Jinker has worked hard at is screwing this city. Look at our deplorable streets, the lack of street signs, the police department, the lack of city improvements. Look at the lack of animal control! The ONLY animal control we have is Jinker picking up dogs and taking them out of town and blowing their brains out.
We tend to disagree that we suck at life, as well. In fact, life is great (and it's better for us than Jinker and his chronies). We will never recognize Jinker as nothing more than a corrupt politician who only does things that benefit himself and not this city. He is nothing but a habitual drunk, and a disgrace to this city. The only person that Jinker is looking out for is himself and things that benefit him.

Have you been to Corsicana and Navarro County lately. Bardwell and Ellis County streets are a lot better. We have no animal control in Navarro county, so we as individuals have to take care of the drop offs and stray animals. It would be nice if we had someone to call to do it for us.
Well, I guess ya'll could hire Jinker for your animal control problem, although blowing their heads off is a felony. As for the streets, they are horrible. County and EMS can't even find the roads they are on for all the missing street signs! The roads plain suck. Jinker can get his drive paved, but he can't pave city streets!
Your liers. You refuse posts that challenge your positions, that is why I cross-posted my comment on ECO's site as well. You're cowards who claim to hide behind a veil of civic responsibility when in fact your goal is to maliciously attack others. You want to fight for and help your citizenry, then post all of the facts so that they may make their own informed decisions. Anyone can get gossip and claim it's true! Where is the whole truth? There isn't any is there!
I am absolutely appalled at what happend last night. Jinker had the balls enough to say TCLEOSE and Jim Hironimus HAD NO authority or jurisdiction to tell him who he could hire, fire, or appoint to police officer positions in Bardwell! Not only that, but he went around town getting all the blacks to say they supported Mike Spurgon. This place is ludicrous. He also talked about stuff that wasn't on the meeting agenda, like this blog!

Wow, looks just like a post from Michael Meissner. The fact is, Meissner's dumb ass confirmed what was on the blog when he thought he was "doing Jinker a favor" on teh Ellis County Observer (a now failed publication, in which Ali Akbar, a Meissner supporter jumped ship). This looks nearly like Meissner emails to other individuals, as well.
Where is the whole truth? It is on this blog!
Guess time will tell, when we see what happens and if someone goes to JAIL.
And by the way, notice the use of YOUR citizenry in the anonymous poster's statement. If it came from Bardwell, it would say OUR citizenry. It is obvious the poster doesn't live here. Funny Meissner doesn't either!
Rex Where did you come from, I guess we should shoot them in the leg so they will have to suffer even more, its not enough to go through life unwanted and to not know where your next meal would come from. Whats your address we'll just start bringing them all to you.
Sounds like Ellis County needs more training. They don't know where to go. Duh, how big is Bardwell.
And did you ask Jinker if the County paid to pave his driveway. I feel sure that he paid for his own driveway idiot.
Ron P Smith, Boy your a real winner too. You must not like blacks to make a comment like that. White, black or brown people are going to say what they want to. Did you get that on video or something, that might be interesting to watch. Maggie still want tell me what Shannon had for lunch those days she is watching her every move, maybe ya'll should get together. I know if ya'll put your heads together you could come up with something to keep you entertained.
Yes, you do only post what you want and do not post all of the comments. You posted my response for Rex but not Ron's, I guess that one hit a little to close to home. Don't want your name posted, what a shame to have to stay in hiding.
Here are a couple of "NEW" issues.
Ellis County Commissioners have decided to abolish the county's leash law, changing the way the Sherrif's department responds to dog calls. The Sherrif's department was not notified of this change. What an outrage. No public input and no input from the Sherrif's office?
Also, County Commissioner Heath Sims wanted to "rework" the holiday schedule for all county employees. He wanted to take-away MLK Day and replace it with Columbus Day. Are you kidding?
Intruder, you are nailing this (unfortunate) East Texas corrupt mentality. If it wasn't for you, this stuff would go unnoticed and undocumented, just like the corrupt officials of our respective hometowns have gotten away with for decades. Welcome to the age of the Internet. Believe you me, I know the ol' bitty patrol isn't as Internet savvy, but the damage control is in full force. One tactic is to expose their Achilles heel on a public forum, something bad everybody already knows, pretending to be you, then viciously attack attack attack, playing the victim the whole time. They are smear merchants who can't stand being exposed. If it weren't for your effort, the world would never know about the shenangians going on up there.
